Most welcome programs are built for the institution, not the student. Big halls, name tags, surface conversations, and then everyone disappears into their housing on Monday.
We wanted the opposite: small enough to actually meet people, real enough to keep going past the first beer, and on for long enough that the group chat is still alive at month three.

Socials is run by a small team that has done the move themselves and rebuilt their social life from scratch in a new country. We work with local student leaders, venue partners, and city operators who know where the good nights actually happen.
